Terms of Use

The terms for using Citizenship Test Hub, including educational use, independent status, no guarantee of exam results, acceptable use and third-party sources.

Last reviewed: September 11, 2026

Last updated: 11 September 2026. By using Citizenship Test Hub you agree to use the website as an independent educational preparation resource and to understand the limitations described below.

Educational purpose

The website provides study guides, practice questions, mock exams, explanations, source links, progress tools and general information about citizenship, civic and integration tests. It does not provide legal representation, immigration advice tailored to your circumstances or an official government decision.

Independent status

Citizenship Test Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any government authority unless a page explicitly states a documented partnership in the future. Government names, exam names and source links are used to identify the subject of preparation and the authority responsible for the rule.

No guarantee

We aim to keep information accurate and current, but rules can change and errors are possible. A practice result, readiness score, saved progress record or explanation does not guarantee that you will pass an official exam or qualify for citizenship or residence. You remain responsible for checking current official requirements for your own application.

Practice-question limitations

Original practice questions are educational simulations. They are not represented as leaked, confidential or guaranteed future official questions. Officially published material is labelled separately and remains subject to the terms and status of the original source.

Visitor feedback

You may submit corrections, country requests, suggestions and technical reports. Submit only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit confidential immigration records, passport data, passwords or other sensitive personal information. We may review, summarise and act on feedback to improve the service, but submission does not create a professional-client relationship or guarantee an individual response.

Acceptable use

You may use the public website for personal study and reasonable educational reference. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass administrative security, automate requests at a rate that harms availability, upload malicious content, probe for credentials or use the site to misrepresent yourself as an official authority.

Intellectual property

Original site design, explanations, independently written practice material and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Government source material remains attributable to its original public authority and is referenced rather than claimed as our original work.

External websites

Links to ministries, test providers and other third parties are provided for convenience and verification. Citizenship Test Hub does not control the availability, security, accessibility or privacy practices of those external websites.

Service availability and saved progress

We may update, correct, suspend or remove features when necessary for maintenance, security, accuracy or legal compliance. Permanent content URLs are preserved where practical, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Browser-saved progress is a convenience feature and should not be treated as permanent storage.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised as the platform expands. Continued use after an updated version is published means you are using the service under the current terms.
