Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 September 2026. This policy explains the information processed when you use Citizenship Test Hub. The public preparation experience is designed so that you do not need to create an account or provide your name in order to study.

Information processed when you use the site

The website may process standard technical information needed to deliver pages securely, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamps and server logs. Test sessions may store an anonymous session identifier, selected country or exam track, answers, score, completion time and topic-level performance so the test can function and results can be displayed.

My Progress and browser storage

The My Progress feature stores an unfinished test reference and a limited history of recent results in your browser's local storage. This makes it possible to resume a test or reopen a recent result on the same device without creating an account. The browser-stored history is not an account profile and can be removed at any time using the Clear local history control or your browser settings.

Optional analytics

Citizenship Test Hub includes a consent interface for optional analytics integrations. If optional analytics are enabled by the site administrator, they should load according to the consent choice presented to the user. Internal first-party events may be used to understand page usage, test starts, completions, scores, referral information, site searches and support-link clicks. Internal analytics use an anonymous session hash rather than asking for your identity.

Search

Search terms may be recorded in internal analytics so we can understand which countries, exams and topics visitors are trying to find. Do not enter passport numbers, application numbers or other sensitive personal information into the site search.

Feedback and contact forms

You may voluntarily report outdated information, question issues, technical problems, country requests or other suggestions. A feedback submission can include the page path, selected country, your message and an optional email address. If you provide an email address, it is used only to review or respond to the feedback unless another purpose is clearly explained at the time of collection. Feedback is visible to authorised administrators and can be deleted when it is no longer needed.

404 and technical-quality logging

When a visitor requests a page that does not exist, the platform may aggregate the missing path, hit count, dates first and last seen, and the referring website's host name. This helps us repair broken links and create redirects. The 404 quality log is not designed to build a profile of individual visitors.

Cookies and local storage

Essential cookies may be used for security, sessions and application functionality. Local storage can be used for analytics consent, an active-test resume link and recent local study history. Optional third-party analytics can use their own storage mechanisms when enabled and accepted.

No account required for public practice

Public practice is designed without mandatory user registration. The administrative area is separate and is used by authorised site administrators to maintain content and the application.

Third-party links

Country pages may link to government authorities, official test providers and other external resources. The support button may link to Buy Me a Coffee. When you leave Citizenship Test Hub, the privacy practices of the destination website apply.

Data retention

Operational logs, anonymous analytics and feedback should be retained only for as long as reasonably useful for security, diagnostics, content quality, corrections and aggregate product analysis. Test-session records may be retained to calculate anonymous performance analytics. Browser-saved My Progress data remains on your device until you clear it or your browser removes it.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, rate limits, security headers and administrative audit logging to reduce risk. No internet service can promise absolute security, so the platform is intentionally designed to avoid requesting unnecessary personal information for ordinary test preparation.

Your choices

You can decline optional analytics through the consent controls when presented. You can clear My Progress from the progress page, clear cookies and local storage in your browser, or choose not to provide an email address with feedback. Blocking essential session cookies may prevent some test features from working correctly.

Children and sensitive information

The site is a general educational preparation service. Do not submit passports, immigration file numbers, payment-card details, health information, passwords or other sensitive personal information through practice answers, search, feedback or contact forms because the platform does not need that information.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the platform adds countries, tools, analytics or other data-processing features. The date at the top will be changed when a material update is published.
